Wine and pairings:
deep golden yellow with amber tones. The rich and refined aromas of ripe and exotic fruits, honey, wood and vanilla create a complex but elegantly harmonious blend.
On the palate the wine reveals a sweet complexity, balanced with acidity, at the same time warm, robust and elegant, rich and full-bodied.
Matches well with fine mature cheeses, blue cheeses, paté.
