10% aged in French oak barriques, followed by second fermentation in sealed tanks with frequent battonage for 6 months.
Description and food pairing:
delicate floral “bouquet” with light aromatic notes; round in the mouth, creamy and full of flavour. Excellent with shellfish and seafood, vegetable and mushroom dishes.
